A half hog will yield roughly 90 pounds of pork. Total cost is $400 with a deposit of $100
A quarter hog will yield roughly 45 pounds of pork. Total cost is $200 with a deposit of $50
Final Price: $4.44 per pound.
Customers can make a deposit or they can pay in full up front. Customers who choose to make a deposit will be billed for the remaining balance when your hog is dropped off at the processing facility.
Freezer Space Requirements:
Whole Hog - 14 cubic ft
Half Hog - 7 cubic feet
Quarter Hog - 3.5 cubic feet ( Will fit in the freezer compartment of your standard kitchen refrigerator.)
Breakdown: Because we don’t have X-ray vision. We can’t give you an exact amount of each cut that you will receive. We can, however, provide you with the cuts-to-sausage ratio.
